I am signer on a girl scout account. The account is for Service Unit 632. The account # is 10221XXX. Several months ago I stopped in and left a copy of the account statement on which we had been charged $3 for a paper copy. Since the GS headquarters has the password, I can't go in and retrieve the monthly statement but I am responsible for balancing the account since I am the Treasurer. I asked to have the $3 charge removed as it was until this point. They were to remove it. The next month the statement comes with not only the $3 not removed, but someone changed the coding on it and now we are being charged $14 in December and $14.18 in January. I need to have the account recoded, have the $3 charges removed for the months of September and October, $15.84 removed for November, $14 removed in December and $14.18 in January. I stopped in the bank office on Sat., Feb. 7 and talked to a woman who made copies of the statements, but I neglected to bring the December statement. Please remove the charges and email me at linda.engelhart@sbcglobal.net to let me know they have been removed. I am in the process of getting the password from the girl scouts so I will be able to print out the monthly statements, but in typical GS manner they are moving at the speed of snails. Thank you.
